I hate using Bell Canada. It drives me crazy that we use them for both phone and internet. So recently the option of internet phone came to Windsor and we signed up with Vonage. So far it couldn't have gone any smoother. I've called their help line and actually been able to talk to a human.
Yes, shocking, I know.
Thanks for the crappy service Bell. I hope you don't miss ripping me off too badly!

Are they going to penalise you for switching companies? Our's did, as we changed to another company mid-contract. So they gave us a monetary slap on the wrist. Yeah, that really makes me want to go back your company...
They wanted to charge us but I told them that if they did they'd lose me as an internet customer too.
Bell... Ugh! My experiences in Tennessee taught me that BellSouth is just as bad as Bell Canada. Such a rip off! Congrats on escaping them!
We just switched from Bell too. We were not happy with them at all. We are going with Rogers home line (bundled with our calbe, internet and cell phone). Bell was ripping us off big time!!
