A huge fire has been chewing up much of Table Mountain. At least one person has died so far. Having been up there in both good and bad weather, I can honestly say this has got to be one of the worst places you could get stuck. Here's another news story about it.

I find it odd that Wikipedia is talking about this event like it's history when the fire is still burning. That's bizarre.
Also, is there any connection between the British woman who passed away and the British man who started the fire?
How sad to think of that beautiful mountain on fire like that.
